1. Course Enrollment Cancellation

Once enrolled, students may cancel their training course up to 7 days prior to the start date to receive a full refund. After this period, no refund will be provided.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Full refund if cancellation is made within 7 days of enrollment and before the course starts.
• No refund after the course has begun, except in cases of genuine hardship, which will be reviewed individually.
• No refund for digital services already delivered or in-progress work.

4. Service Cancellation

For software development or digital marketing services, cancellations can be made before the project initiation phase. Once the project has started, no refund will be entertained.
